Just because I've spent about an hour working on a document that includes the following table ... that doesn't make me a freak. Honest. I am not Monica Geller Bing. It's just that I enjoy planning ahead. And ... well, if I don't write things down in detail the Mad Cow kicks in and I forget everything I ever intended.

you know you could just feed us a turkey sandwich made from deli meat and we would be perfectly content, right?
Oh, I know...it's just that I so rarely get to host a holiday, that I have fun with all the bells and whistles. This honestly is fun for me. (OK, maybe I am a freak after all)
I will never let the public see my tables of t-day prep--which have at least three more columns for each entry...you're so brave to share :)
Brave? Just figured I'd post what I was up to. The full document also includes my recipes, supplies needed, grocery list. :)
Freak. :)
Wanna come over and organize my T-day prep? Mine's a little more haphazard. Soon I should probably buy a turkey...
